1. Do I need an appointment? 

Walk-ins are welcome if the space is available, but appointments are recommended--especially on Saturdays.

2. What if I just want to look?

Weekdays are the best time for pre-appointment browsing or a private shopping experience for the Mother of the Bride/Groom.

3. When should I book a bridal party session? 

For the most selection, plan on shopping for bridesmaid dresses 5-6 months before the wedding. Once you’ve chosen your venue and selected your dress, you’re ready to get started!

If your bridal party is larger than 5, consider a preliminary appointment with 1-2 people whose opinion matters most (mother, sister, Maid of Honor) to narrow down choices.

4. How long does it take to get the dresses?

Production time varies by designer. You should allow 8-12 weeks for made-to-order dresses. Some companies do offer in-stock inventory, but sizes and colors are limited. Rush cut fees can get dresses here quicker. If you’re short on time, we can help you find the best option. 

5. What sizes do you carry?

Store samples range in size from 6-24. Most brands accommodate sizes 0-28, with several options up to a size 36W. There’s even made-to-measure options.

6. How much are your dresses?

Prices vary depending on the dress line. With 9 collections and hundreds of dresses we offer something for every budget. 

7. How much is the deposit? 

We ask that dresses be paid for in full when they are ordered. However, we accept installment payments up to the order date. Starting early gives your bridesmaids the most time to budget.

8. What if my bridal party isn’t local? 

As long as there’s a phone number and email address, we can help! We’ve helped dress bridesmaids all over the country. 

9. How much are alterations? 

We do not offer in house alterations, but we happily make recommendations for seamstresses in the Tri-Cities. 

10. I don’t know what style I want!

The best way to decide what you like is to see it in person! Book an appointment and we’ll help you choose!

11. I’m the Mother of the Bride/Groom...what am I supposed to wear?

Anything goes for Mothers of the Bride/Groom these days! The bride’s color palette and venue may help narrow things down, but ultimately we’re here to help you find something you’re comfortable in and fits your personal style.
